We're Here To Help Trained and knowledgeable Physical Plant Services staff members are available to help you. Working together, we can help OSU accomplish its mission, as well as keep costs down. The following are suggestions:

• Plan Ahead
Plan Work Order Requests as far in advance as possible. Except for emergencies, we work on a first-come, first-served basis.


• Use Our Action Desk
Call the Action Desk anytime there is a question concerning building maintenance. Direct calls to service shops will only slow the process down.


• Conserve Energy
Conserve energy by keeping all windows closed and turning off lights and equipment when not in use.


• Use the Sidewalks
Go the "extra step" and use the established campus sidewalk system instead of walking on the grass.


• Scheduling Outages
Call the Action Desk (x47154) when questions arise concerning utility outages, maintenance or construction scheduling for your building.
