The 2007 United Way campaign is underway. Already, Physical Plant is hard at play.
Seed Spitting Contest (Oct. 5)
During lunch, the UW crew hosted a seed spitting contest outside Physical Plant Administration.
The longest-distance spitter won tickets to the Kansas game. After several heated rounds,
and some very amusing photos, Kenny Davis emerged the victor. Check out photos here.
Chicken Sale (Oct. 8 - 19)
Rent a Chick. $5 buys your favorite someone a rubber chicken to wear for 1 hour.
Last person wearing the chicken on Oct. 19 at 4:30 gets a gift certificate to Chic-fil-a.
Those afraid to wear the chicken of honor can buy a "No Chickens" badge 'o protection.

UMS Bake Sale (Oct. 19)
Go over to UMS. Get food. Donate to a great cause. 'nuff said.
Bake Sale (Oct. 26)
Bakers--attention! Bake and donate your favorite baked good to the cause. Eaters--come buy
some great homemade baked goods. Buy a baked good and get 3 votes for the Pumpking Carving Contest (below)

Come by PPS from 11 to 4 and buy a sloppy joe for $1. While you're there, pick up some Great
Baked Goods!
Pumpkin Carving Contest (Oct. 26)

go buy some baked goods from the Bake Sale (above) for 3 free votes.
