REQUESTING SERVICE
Services performed by Physical Plant Services can be initiated in one of two ways, depending on the nature of the work:

Action Desk
(x7154): Contact the Action Desk for all routine maintenance work such as doors sticking, plumbing problems, broken windows, burnt-out lightbulbs, heating or air-conditioning needs, or repairs to classroom furniture or fixtures.

Work Order Request Form
Use the Work Order Request Form for services such as repairs to departmental equipment, installing new electrical outlets, painting furniture, installing computer cabling, Architecture and Engineering needs, cost estimates, and general remodeling projects.
