The apartment complex at the southwest corner of Hall of Fame and McFarland contains 80 units (320 beds). It is being designed and built through Capstone Development Corporation. 	Phase 2 Housing Construction Start: September 1999 | End: August 2001 | Cost: $10,000,000.00 Description: Phase 2 housing will contain: 169 Apartments with 548 beds; 84 Suites, 4 bedroom with 321 beds; 138 Family Living Units with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 294 beds. There will also be a community building with exercise room and vending/kitchen area. About half the units will be furnished. There will be 1163 parking spaces, one per bed.

	Edmon Low Library Carpet Replacement Start: May 1999 | End: June 1999 | Cost: $90,000.00 Description: Laying down 2,800 sq. yards of carpeting on the 3rd floor of the Edmon Low Library. This is the third stage of a four stage project. The first and second floors have been carpeted, and the fourth will likely be carpeted next year.

	Physical Plant Services Supply Department Carpet Carousel Start: January 1999 | End: January 1999 | Cost: $16,800.00 Description: The carpet carousel holds 8 rolls at 1,500lbs. ea., up to 175' long, and it automatically measures length. With carpet stocked in-store, wait time is reduced since individual carpet jobs don't wait for small amounts of carpet to be ordered. Four carpet colors and 2,400 yards of carpet will be available in stock.

	Classroom Building Remodel Start: July 1997 | End: July 1998 | Cost: $5,200,000.00 Description: Remodel of multi-purpose classrooms, lecture rooms and auditorium to enhance aesthetics and provide for state-of-the-art audio/visual/video teaching equipment.
	Monroe Street Resurfacing Start: June 1997 | End: August 1997 | Cost: $500,000.00 Description: Replaced surface asphalt and installed raised crosswalks that act as speed bumps to keep foot traffic out of the water.
	Soccer Fields Initial Construction Start: January 1997 | End: October 1997 | Cost: $800,000.00 Description: Two fields were constructed, one for use by the women's varsity soccer team and the other for recreational purposes. Includes automatic irrigation and advanced drainage systems.
	Boone Pickens Stadium South Remodel Start: November 1996 | End: August 1997 | Cost: $560,000.00 Description: Removed lead base paint, replaced 10,000 sq. ft. of concrete decking, installed handicapped seating and hand rails, replaced some chair backs, and repainted.
