Physical Plant Services provides routine and emergency maintenance to 4.2 million
square feet of campus buildings funded from the General Operating budget.
Personnel are on duty 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, and serve you from the Physical Plant Building.

- Building Systems Group
Located in 111 PP Services Building, the Building Systems Group manages a system to provide consistently comfortable building temperatures while reducing energy consumption. The computer based system is operated from the Physical Plant Services Building.

Located in 109 PP Services Building, the Custodial department takes care of classrooms, laboratories, offices, public areas, and other academic areas.

Located in 125 PP Services Building, Grounds department is responsible for the overall maintenance of 600 landscaped acres, providing an attractive, enjoyable, and safe environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

- Preventative Maintenance
Located in 116 PP Services Building, PM inspects, cleans, and lubricates equipment to prevent failures or major problems.
