Office Ergonomics covers all aspects of a job, from the physical stresses it places on joints, muscles, nerves, tendons, bones and the like, to environmental factors that can effect hearing, vision, and general comfort and health.

Learn how changes in your work style and the position of equipment you use can help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome and other strains & injuries.

Fire Safety includes demonstrations of how to use a fire extinguisher as well as how a smoke detector works.

Environmental Health and Safety offers general safety training for all departments and employees in the OSU System.
