Oklahoma Hazard Communication Standard
Enacted: April 11, 1986
Scope:
The Oklahoma standard applies to all public employers who use hazardous substances, to any person who imports and sells a hazardous substance to any public employer in the state, and to manufacturers who produce or distribute hazardous substances in the state.
