Industrial Ergonomics |
This class is designed for employees who work in an office setting. Participants will learn to recognize risk factors associated with muscular-skeletal disorders (MSD's) and potential sprain/strain injuries, as well as be familiar with the body areas affected. Useful exercises and workstation design are included.
