The Hazardous Materials section of EHS is responsible for the coordination of safe handling, use, storage, and disposal of laboratory wastes and other hazardous substances. Services provided by "Hazmat" include fume hood testing/certification, odor investigations, and respirator fit-testing as well as the determination of hazardous waste.
