This section of Environmental Health & Safety is responsible for testing and abatement of asbestos containing materials and lead-based paint on campus property. All removal and abatement of asbestos is conducted according to rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma State Department of Labor. Lead is abated according to the rules and regulations of OSHA.
