Architectural & Engineering Design-Monitor, advise, counsel, and recommend approval of small, mid-size and large Capital Projects by working with facility user groups throughout the OSU System and the A&M Colleges to determine their facility program, develop layouts, and contract documents that are completed in a timely and professional manner -- whether by outside consultants or internal sources -- to the college's satisfaction, insuring all projects are code compliant while staying within the budget guidelines. Work limited to <$2M at OSU-Stillwater and OSU-Tulsa Campuses; unlimited at all other campuses. |
Interior Design- Responsible for designing, specifying, securing bid documents, assuring procurements, inspecting, and accepting the finishes and movable furnishing for a project.

Project Management-Responsible for overseeing all contract construction projects generated by Architectural and Interior Design Groups, as well as competitively selected outside and as-needed Architectural firms. The Department manages the construction contract and serves as the University's representative during the construction process. |
Inspection Services- Prior to construction, Inspection Services reviews documents developed by the design team for compliance with codes, regulations, University standards, and maintainability. During construction, Inspection Services attends construction meetings and is responsible for the quality assurance and inspection of construction projects on assigned work for compliance with plans, specifications, codes, regulations and standards; acceptability of materials; methods of installation; and workmanship. Makes recommendation for Construction Permits and Certificates of Occupancy. |
